Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on both devices. Progress follows you through iCloud.

I can't buy sovereigns

Sovereigns are kept in your iCloud, so buying them needs you to be signed in to iCloud.

I can't find the other device nearby

Both devices need to be on the same network, and the game needs Local Network access: Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network → Battlefleet Duo.

Change my ad privacy choices

In the game, open Settings → Privacy choices. This appears where Google asks for consent: the EEA, the UK and Switzerland.
